Dr. Mills has over 20 years experience in Environmental, Health & Safety, Chemical Processes and Advanced Technologies issues. He has worked for Government Agencies, the Private Sector and Academic Institutions. Dr. Mills has an international reputation and has worked in North and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia as an Expert in these areas. A particular area of Dr. Mills work involves acting as a consulting expert for law firms on litigation matters. As part of this, Dr. Mills has proven record in putting together teams of testifying experts that are chosen based on the specifics of a particular case.
